Have you heard of the amazing new blog called The EveryGirl? It is the brain child of Danielle Moss and Alaina Kaczmarski and was created as an “online resource helping shape the creative, career-driven woman to experience her life better lived. It is the inspiration to help women achieve their dreams, whatever they may be.” It’s so inspiring . . . it is created by two very successful women to empower other women to live their best life and follow their dreams. I fully support their vision and dream!
A few months ago Sarah Tucker of Sarah Tucker Events asked if I wanted to join her in this project . . . well I said yes of course! How could I pass up such an amazing opportunity to work with her. Then I found out that it was for The EveryGirl and it made the experience and opportunity even sweeter.
Our featured post was launched last week and I wanted to share a few additional images from the shoot. I had the pleasure of also meeting Leigh Growney from The Short Giraffe Mini Confections & Catering, Cami from Camilyn Beth Designs and her sister Ashten.
Thank you everyone who participated in this shoot. It would not have been this successful if it wasn’t for all of us working together. Danielle & Alaina, thank you so much for the opportunity. The “no fuss dinner party” feature is so gorgeous and helpful. Until next time!!! :)

I love Katie! Katie Aldrich is the owner of Blushing Brides Wedding Planning Services in Sarasota. When I first met, her I was really impressed with how knowledgeable, organized and confident she was. Very type A like me . . . that’s a plus. We hit it off the moment we met and I just had to work with her. Luckily she was up for a styled shoot to showcase some of her ideas for a vintage inspired outdoor wedding reception.
Krafty Katie (new nickname perhaps?) made the pennant herself! It was amazing in person and the quality was top notch. I absolutely adored and was obsessed with the escort card table.
I asked Katie what her thoughts were behind our shoot:
“I love vintage things that can be reinvented and made beautiful again. This photo shoot is all about bringing in vintage inspiration with homemade heirlooms passed down from generations. Maybe moms old suitcase or grandmas typewriter can be redesigned to make the wedding that much more special. I love creating things that are unique and personal to the couple which is what blushing brides is all about! Enjoy!”
Many thanks to Heavenly Cupcakes for the amazing Red Velvet and Carrot Cake cupcakes. They were just perfect and delicious!
